Expodepot.ca is a Quebec company specializing in exhibition products, printing, promotional items and graphics of all kinds. We offer resellers, agencies, printers, graphic designers and all other businesses needing to offer their customers quality products at the best prices on the market.

First, you must register in order to open your purchasing account. Then choose from our range of products. Place your order online and pay. Delivery will be made to your door or to the address indicated on your order.

If you need help with the site, we will be happy to assist you; contact us.

Registration is free on our site, then we will do an evaluation for the activation of your account so that you can have access to a customer account. An email will be sent to you when your account is activated.

The activation of your customer account on expodepot.ca may take 24 to 48 hours for verification. An email will be sent to you as soon as your account is activated.

We will send you an email mentioning the accepted conditions. This email should be sent to you within 5 to 8 business days following receipt of the completed account opening form.

Sublimation : a process in which ink is transferred to fabrics at high temperatures. Once the transfer is done, the ink does not come off and sublimation printing ensures durability of the prints, excellent color rendition associated with good resistance to use and maintenance (washing).

Screen printing : a stencil printing process that allows very detailed graphics to be represented. Allows intense colors and good opacity.

Digital : a method of printing that uses pigment-based inks, and it is capable of producing high-quality images. This printing method is generally done in four-color process (4 process colors).

Offset : on press, the liquid ink is projected onto a plate and then transferred to a blanket (rubber board which acts as a stamp) which will then deposit the color on the paper or other substrate used. It is possible to print in PMS (Pantone Color) or in four-color process. Four-color printing requires one plate per color (4) (Cyan, magenta, yellow and black). Applies to daily press, periodicals, advertisements, catalogs, books, brochures and is mainly intended for large volume printing, i.e. thousands of copies.

UV : UV printing uses specialized ink that is exposed to ultraviolet rays as it passes through the press. This method is applicable to a wide range of printing materials and produces a three-dimensional, embossed finish.​

First, you must log in to the Expodépôt.ca website.

Go to the MY ACCOUNT tab.

Then go to the MY ORDERS section, there you will find your invoice(s).

In the MY ACCOUNT tab, go to the PAYMENT REQUEST(S) section. On the right you will find a button, PAY NOW.

You just have to follow the directions.

As long as payment for the order has not been made, the order remains on hold. Upon receipt of payment, the order is sent to production.

Deadline dates vary depending on the product you ordered. Each product has its specific deadline.

Consult the products on the site to find out their delivery times.

If we have not received your files or there is a problem with them, a detailed email will be sent to you.

If you don't receive an email about this, there are no problems with your files.

We ask that the vectorized PDF or the following formats, AI and EPS, be attached to the order. If you do not have these formats, we suggest you take graphic design services because if you include an image, when we put it in the requested dimensions, the risk of pixelation is great.

You will receive an email to notify you that your order is ready. You can also track the progress of your order via our website, by visiting the MY ORDERS section in your account.

If the order is not yet in production, we can modify or cancel it. Simply contact your representative by email or at info@expodepot.ca with the words “ORDER MODIFICATION” or “ORDER CANCELLATION”

Please note, our orders are put into production extremely quickly in order to deliver them to you as quickly as possible.

Expodépot.ca never refunds an order. If an order is non-compliant (defect, damage and/or error) through our fault, we will redo the order according to the same specifications as the original order.

You must send us an email with the mention “NON-CONFORM ORDER” to nsauro@expodepot.ca.

We require the return of the order before proceeding with the production of the items.

Several restrictions apply to order credit. Consult our “Terms and conditions” for more information.

Yes, we will be happy to discuss your needs with you. We are able to handle all graphics/infographics projects, from the simplest to the most complex.

When you choose the graphics service, the price includes a post-production proof as well as a single modification.

If you request a second change, you will be charged a $30.00 fee.
